Responsibilities & Context
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
3. Provide detailed financial reports to management and stakeholders.
4. Prepare financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic planning.
5. Develop, implement, and manage annual budgets and monitor budget performance,
and provide variance analysis.
6. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
7. Prepare for and coordinate external audits, including liaising with auditors and
providing necessary documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
9. Perform and oversee regular reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger
accounts, and other financial data.
10. Resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
11. Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company
assets.
12. Conduct regular reviews and updates of internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
13. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions and ensure timely and
accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
14. Manage payroll accounting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
15. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting
the organization.
16. Support long-term financial planning and strategy development and advise on
investment activities and provide financial analysis on potential opportunities.
17. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
18. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and
performance.
19. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members meet their objectives.
20. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and software.
21. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial information systems.
22. Stay updated on new accounting technologies and best practices to improve processes.
23. Communicate financial results and insights to senior management, board members,
and other stakeholders.
24. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and
initiatives.
Additional Requirements:
• Age 26 to 32 years
• Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): VAT/ Customs Duty/
Income Tax, VAT & Tax Management, and VAT management experience in an
ITES.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
• Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information
and collaborating with other departments.
• Ability to identify and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies.
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing accounting
projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in
Accounting, Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting, Master of Business
Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System.
Experience: 3 to 5 years.
